Information for existing tenants

Reporting a problem:

Whilst we endeavour to carry out regular maintenance checks on our properties, we are not (yet) mind readers, so do encourage you to let us know as and when problems arise within one of our properties.

BrightScene reporting process:

  • For routine maintenance please email us on info@brightscene.co.uk with the details and we will schedule in a visit to assess the works required.
  • For emergency call-outs please or call text 07940 864246 with the Property Address and details of the actual problem so that we can respond accordingly.

Charges – we will apply the following charges for the following items:

  • Lost / replacement key – £25 per key
  • Cleaning post checkout if room / house not deemed to be left to satisfactory standard of cleanliness – £25 per hour or part thereof

Please note that tenants are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of gardens.

Please note tenants are responsible for the cleaning of communal areas within properties eg: kitchens and bathrooms
